Electricity:

Water, Sewer, & Trash:
City of Lynchburg, call 434-455-3840 to set up service. You may have to set the water up in person, so please keep that in mind. Trash service is part of your water bill at a cost of $10/month.
Also, you will need a Landlord Authorization Form to set up this utility. Please contact me directly for this form.

Internet:
I recommend Comcast, they also might be the only high-speed provider at the house. 1-800-934-6489
