I formed Appel Properties with the mission of providing quality homes for both rental and resale. Once I acquire a property, I use my experience of over 12 years remodeling and renovating properties to bring them up to a standard where I would be proud to call them my home. I am meticulous in my work and go the extra mile to do the job right the first time around. 

I care personally about each of my properties and hope when you come to see them, the time and effort I put into them shines through.
